“A journey to remember”
Dzükou derives its meaning from tribal (Northeast India) word which translates to "Cold Water" referring to the ice cold stream that flows through the valley. Untouched by civilisation and splendiferous in its beauty, this valley otherwise called the valley of celestial charm has a tempting appeal to all who gaze it. In summer, wild herbs and shrubs sprout along the stream banks. She is also known as ‘The Valley of Flower’, as Lilies in white and pink, Euphorbias, Conitums, Rhododendrons of different colours and hundreds of other botanical species in varied colours beautify the hills abounding the valley during the monsoon. The serpentine stream shaped like the curves of Venus flows through Dzükou becomes frozen during winter. People come here to lighten up & revivify from their busy and hectic life. Once visited, it becomes a beautiful memory that makes a person wanting to come back again for more and that makes it a journey worth remembering for the travellers.
